Two drawers or three

Three drawers is roughly fifty percent more capacity, and it lets you separate categories properly rather than mixing two things into one drawer. For a nursery that usually means clothes, changing supplies and toys getting a compartment each.

The trade is weight. A full three-drawer unit is carryable but not casually so, and it takes more floor or shelf depth. If it is going to live in one place, take the three; if it genuinely moves around several times a day, the two-drawer version is the better tool.
