American Carnival Jubilee (Excel Class) - Carnival Cruise Line, launched in 2023, is the third Excel-class ship in Carnival Cruise Line's innovative fleet. Built at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany, it is a sister ship to Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration. The ship continues Carnival's vision of high-energy, fun-filled cruising, while also incorporating environmentally conscious technologies and advanced guest experiences. Carnival Jubilee is over 1,130 feet long and has a capacity of more than 5,200 passengers and 1,700 crew. The vessel is powered by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), making it one of the most environmentally friendly cruise ships in Carnival's history. This aligns with the cruise line's commitment to sustainable tourism. The ship features themed zones, including Grand Central, The Ultimate Playground, and Summer Landing, each offering a unique ambiance with dedicated restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. A standout feature is the BOLT™ Sea Coaster, the first roller coaster at sea, delivering thrilling rides above the open ocean. Carnival Jubilee also celebrates the cruise line's Texas roots, as it was the first Excel-class ship to be homeported in Galveston. This provides travelers with convenient access to the Western Caribbean while enjoying state-of-the-art amenities and design innovations. By combining Carnival's signature "fun ship" energy with modern design and eco-conscious features, Carnival Jubilee represents the next chapter in the evolution of cruise experiences. It's a celebration of Carnival's legacy and future, offering something exciting for every kind of traveler.
