Our craftsmen work from film references and traditional shipwright methods, laying each hull plank over a wooden frame the way real vessels were built. The result arrives fully assembled and ready to display. No kit, no glue, no missing parts.

The ship behind the model

She began life as the merchant vessel Wicked Wench before Lord Beckett ordered her burned. Raised from the seabed by Davy Jones and rechristened the Black Pearl, she became the fastest thing on water in the Pirates of the Caribbean films — outrunning the Interceptor and the Flying Dutchman alike. Her speed came from sail area; her legend came from those black sails, which doubled as intimidation by day and stealth by night.

Hundreds of hours go into every hull. Each one passes a full quality inspection before it leaves the workshop.
