Built plank on frame from scratch in western red cedar, rosewood and mahogany — the same construction method as the vessel herself, scaled down. Arrives fully assembled.
Construction

History
Launched at Sandefjord in 1937, Christian Radich was seized by German forces during the occupation and used as a submarine tender, then sunk at Fleusburg in 1945. Raised and rebuilt, she returned to sea in 1947 and has trained Norwegian cadets ever since. She starred in the 1958 film Windjammer and remains one of the fastest tall ships afloat.
